Biography & Introduce
Mel Ramos is a paralegal for Carpenter & Associates, P.C., with interests in probate, civil litigation, and criminal defense.
She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology. While attending Texas A&M, she served as a TA for the Sociology department’s criminology courses, which fueled her passion to assist with criminal defense cases. Mel aspires to attend law school and earn her J.D., so that she may one day handle litigation cases of her own. Mel was also a member of the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority and Alpha Kappa Delta, the international sociology honor society.
Mel is a dog mom to a fourteen-year-old miniature schnauzer named Bella and a three-year-old pit mix named Brooks. Together, they enjoy going for walks and exploring new areas around the city. In her spare time, Mel enjoys creating new recipes in her kitchen or curling up with her dogs and a good book.
