In operating his own practice, Frank developed experience at all levels of litigation, from initial client meetings through pleadings, discovery, motions, and hearings, to trial and post-judgment collections. Frank joined Carpenter & Associates in 2023 and is very excited to work with the diverse and experienced team that this law firm offers. When Frank is not practicing law, he enjoys watching baseball, teaching martial arts, and hanging out with his wife, Amy.
