Biography & Introduce

Frank Gannon joined Carpenter & Associates after operating his own solo practice for several years. He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University in 1993 and earned his law degree from Southern Methodist University in 1997.

Frank began his legal career in 1997 practicing personal injury and medical malpractice law, working primarily on wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. He eventually moved into the fields of commercial litigation and insurance defense law, handling numerous construction defect cases.

In 2016, Frank opened his own solo practice focusing on commercial litigation and construction law matters. In operating his own practice, Frank developed experience at all levels of litigation, from initial client meetings through pleadings, discovery, motions, and hearings, to trial and post-judgment collections. Running a law practice also meant that Frank was a small business owner, giving him the insight to view and analyze legal matters directly from a business person’s perspective. Frank joined Carpenter & Associates in 2023 and is very excited to work with the diverse and experienced team that this law firm offers. When Frank is not practicing law, he enjoys watching baseball, teaching martial arts, and hanging out with his wife, Amy.
