Biography & Introduce
Diana has an undergraduate degree in Medical Technology and a minor in Chemistry from Indiana State University, an Executive MBA from Texas Christian University, and a Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University where she received the prestigious award for Family Law. Diana also has been trained in mediation, family law mediation, and collaborative law.
With over sixteen years as an attorney, Diana’s experience has been focused on family law. Diana has a strong background in divorce, child custody and support, modifications, common-law marriages, paternity and attorney general cases, grandparent access, annulment, enforcements, protective orders, premarital, post-marital and cohabitation agreements, post-property division, and writs of attachment and habeas corpus.
Diana is a former law professor and recently has been appointed as an advisor for women in leadership at Texas A&M University. Diana has one daughter, Adrienne, and two grandchildren, Olivia and Madeleine. On weekends, you will find Diana volunteering at various animal shelters and animal rescues.
